Veldware Trading ships to South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Here is what to expect at checkout and after you order.
Shipping Costs & Timeframes — South Africa
- Free shipping available on qualifying orders
- Standard delivery: R99 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch
Shipping Costs & Timeframes — Cross-Border (Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe)
- Shipping cost is calculated and confirmed before dispatch — you will receive a quote before your order ships
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on customs processing in the destination country
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information where available.
Cross-Border Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, contact us at sales@veldwaretrading.co.za with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
