Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of veldwaretrading.co.za and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
Veldware Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”) is based at 68 Mayors Walk Rd, Prestbury, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, 3201, South Africa. You can reach us at sales@veldwaretrading.co.za or +27 63 944 0330.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock information, but errors can occur — if a listed price is materially incorrect, we will contact you before processing your order and you may choose to cancel.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. We currently accept direct bank transfer (EFT); additional payment methods may be added over time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are set out in full on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Returns & Warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty pages, which form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to Veldware Trading and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase of products from us, except where such liability cannot be excluded under South African law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
