Field Bar
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Covers hardware failure (hinges, latches, seals) under normal use.
SMEG
SMEG appliances carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 24 months) against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims for SMEG products are handled per SMEG’s official warranty process — contact us and we will route your claim correctly.
Stanley
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, drops, or improper cleaning
- Cosmetic scratches that don’t affect function
How to Claim
Email sales@veldwaretrading.co.za with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos. We will advise next steps within 2 business days.
