Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns and refunds work at Veldware Trading.
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@veldwaretrading.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or incorrect items: Veldware Trading covers return shipping
- Change of mind: customer covers return shipping
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Some products (SMEG appliances in particular) carry their own manufacturer warranty separate from this returns window — see our Warranty page for details.
