Who is Veldware Trading?
Veldware Trading (Pty) Ltd is a South African company, registration no. 2026/795762/07, based at 48 Industrial Road, Upington, Northern Cape, 8801. We are an independent reseller of brand-new Fieldbar, SMEG and Stanley products. We are not the official store of these brands.
Do you have a showroom?
No. We are an online store and there is no walk-in showroom or collection point. Orders are placed on this website and delivered to you.
How do I pay?
By direct bank transfer (EFT), using your order number as the reference. Card payments are not available yet. See our Payment Policy.
How much is delivery?
In South Africa delivery is R99 on orders under R2,500 and free on orders of R2,500 or more. We deliver within South Africa only. Buyers in Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia or Zimbabwe can order to a South African delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
South Africa: 2 to 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. We do not ship outside South Africa at the moment. Tracking information is shared where available. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
What warranty do I get?
Fieldbar 3 years, SMEG 24 months and Stanley 24 months against manufacturing defects. Claims are handled directly by us. See our Warranty page.
Are the products new?
Yes. Every product we sell is brand new, in its original packaging.
Can you engrave a Fieldbar cooler box?
Yes, engraving is available on request for R200 extra. Place your order, then send your order number and the text you want to info@veldwaretrading.co.za or on WhatsApp. We confirm the details with you before engraving.
Do you do bulk or company orders?
Yes. Orders of 5 or more units get 5% off on a written bulk quote, and logo branding is available on Fieldbar cooler boxes. See Fieldbar wholesale and bulk orders.
