Payment Policy
This policy explains how to pay for an order placed with Veldware Trading (Pty) Ltd, registration no. 2026/795762/07. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept direct bank transfer (EFT) only. Card payments are not available on this website at the moment. If we add another payment method, this page and the checkout will be updated at the same time.
How EFT Payment Works
- Place your order on this website and choose Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) at checkout.
- You receive an order confirmation email with our bank details and your order number.
- Pay the order total and use your order number as the payment reference.
- We process your order once the payment reflects in our account, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
What You Pay
The price shown on each product page is the price you pay for the product. Delivery in South Africa is R99 on orders under R2,500 and free on orders of R2,500 or more, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. We deliver within South Africa only. Veldware Trading is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to your order.
When Delivery Starts
Delivery times on our Shipping Policy start once your payment is confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back by EFT to the account the payment came from, within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Payment Safety
Only use the bank details in your order confirmation email. We will never ask for your card number, PIN, passwords or one-time codes by email, phone or WhatsApp. If anything about our bank details looks different, call or WhatsApp us on +27 68 710 4867 before you pay.
