Are Veldware Trading’s Fieldbar cooler boxes genuine?
Yes. Every Fieldbar cooler box we sell is brand new, in Fieldbar’s own colours and model names: the Mini 4L, the Drinks Box 10L and the Gin Trunk 24L. Each product page lists the Fieldbar manufacturer code where it applies, so you can match it against Fieldbar’s own listing. We are an independent reseller, which means we are not Fieldbar’s official store, and we say so on every page.
How you are protected when you buy from us
- Warranty: a written Veldware Trading warranty against manufacturing defects: Fieldbar 3 years, SMEG 24 months, Stanley 24 months. Claims are handled by us directly.
- Returns: 14 days from delivery on unused items in their original packaging. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we replace or refund it at no cost to you.
- Delivery: published delivery terms: 2 to 5 business days in South Africa (free over R2,500, R99 below). We do not ship outside South Africa.
- Payment: we currently accept direct bank transfer (EFT). Your order confirmation shows the bank details and your order number to use as the reference.
- Written terms: our terms and conditions are public.
How to check any online Fieldbar seller before you pay
Whoever you buy from, these checks take five minutes:
- A physical business address you can look up, not just a social media page.
- A phone or WhatsApp number that a person answers. Message the seller a question before you order.
- Written returns and warranty terms that name who handles a claim.
- Real Fieldbar model names and colours: Mini Bar 4L, Drinks Box 10L and Gin Trunk 24L, in colours such as Sea Boat Blue, Orchard Orange or Safari White.
- Prices in a believable range. At Veldware Trading the Mini 4L is R1,200 to R1,500, the Drinks Box 10L is R2,000 to R2,500 and the Gin Trunk 24L is R3,750 to R4,000. A price far below the going rate is a warning sign.
- An order confirmation by email with an order number before you pay.
